Customs, Duties and Taxes
GLOWNIQUE AURA
GLOWNIQUE AURA is shipped domestically from the United States. Therefore, US customers will not bear any customs or taxes upon delivery.
GLOWNIQUE Cosmetics & Skincare
Our GLOWNIQUE cosmetics and skincare products are manufactured and shipped from Canada. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the end destination of the package. Typically, there are no taxes applied to Canada or US-destined packages, however EU-destined packages may incur VAT.
Damages
GLOWNIQUE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier using your tracking number or our support team directly at support@glownique.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
