Are GLOWNIQUE products vegan?
Yes, the majority of GLOWNIQUE's cosmetics, skincare and haircare products are vegan with the exception of lip pencil, automatic eyebrow pencil and eyebrow palette which use beeswax. We are currently in the process of obtaining certification from the Leaping Bunny program.
Are GLOWNIQUE products cruelty free?
Yes, all of GLOWNIQUE's cosmetics, skincare and haircare products are cruelty free as well as gluten, paraben and sulphate free.
Are GLOWNIQUE products FDA approved and EU compliant?
Yes, all of GLOWNIQUE's cosmetics, skincare and haircare products are FDA approved and meet Health Canada requirements. Furthermore, they all follow EU and UK compliance regulations for your peace of mind.
Will I Receive a Tracking Number for My Order?
Yes, you will be emailed a tracking number from FedEx, UPS, DHL or another courier with comparable quality.
When Will I Receive My Item(s)?
With GLOWNIQUE AURA, it will take 2 - 3 business days to process the order and 3 - 5 business days to ship within the United States and 2 - 4 business days in Canada.

Where Are My Item(s) Coming From?
For GLOWNIQUE AURA, it will be shipped directly from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
For GLOWNIQUE cosmetics, skincare and haircare products, they will be shipped directly from our warehouse in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Will My Item(s) Be Sent In One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
Do You Accept Returns?
We do accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If you want to return the order for a change of mind or because you chose the wrong product, you will be charged for the return shipment. If you want to return the order because we have sent the wrong product or because the product is damaged, we will pay for the return shipment and no restocking fee will be charged.
